ר' יהודה סבר כיון דלא ניתנה לאגד יתירה ריפוי דתנא ביה קרא מיחייב שבת דלא תנא ביה קרא לא מיחייב ורבנן סברי כיון דתנא ביה קרא בריפוי אשבת נמי מיחייב דאיתקש לריפוי
